The Cricket Pasture is
a very attractive small group of houses built about 7 years ago to resemble a
group of farm buildings. All the buildings are accessed from a private
cul-de-sac, each building having its own off-road parking for two cars.
It is situated in
Burnham Deepdale adjacent to Brancaster Marshes and the Norfolk Coastal Path.
Number 11 is a single
storey building offering excellent accommodation for 6 people. The oak floored
entrance hall is quite spacious and has a cloakroom/toilet. There is a large
family kitchen with seating for 8 people, with double cooker, fridge / freezer,
microwave, dish washer, washer/ dryer. A stable door leads into the garden.
There is a large sitting
room with sofas and open fire, T V and DVD player and a French door leading into
a double glazed conservatory.
The master bedroom has a
king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a further double bedroom and a
bedroom with two single beds. The family bathroom has a bath with power shower,
washbasin and toilet.
The garden is a good size
and is fully enclosed. It has a patio with table and chairs, grassed area,
shrubs and trees. Pets and
smoking are not permitted Changeover day SATURDAY
